The gym staff there is abrasive, entitled and unprofessional. The “guidelines” put in place completely disregard an entire group of students on base, and the staff takes pleasure in hiding the guidelines until you’re at the door. The attendant at the front desk On 10/19/20 took pride in turning away soldiers who just wanted to work out, and bragged to anyone who would listen. The lack of coordination, consideration, and common sense of this facility has reached an all time low. 10/10 would NOT reccomend.

The customer service is the best of any gym that I have. Mr. Davis and his crew are very knowledgeable and helpful especially with new comers.

I absolutely enjoyed the environment here. As a visiting National Guard member taking a course for work you do not often have the luxury of nice work out equipment. This place is a A+.

This facility has been renovated to be a Strength Performance Center focused on equipping Soldiers to excel on the ACFT. It is functional fitness centric but still has a cardio room and bodybuilding machine room.

Love this place!!! It has everything and then some!!! All sorts of (last model) equipment, different areas, 2 sports courts, fitness classes, even sauna!!!!! If you are there, it's so worth to go in for a work out... Go for it!!
